Aster+ Kameleon
Universal Light-Cured Restorative Composite
Aster+ Kameleon by Kiyomi Dental is a single-shade, light-cured universal restorative composite developed to simplify shade selection and facilitate aesthetic integration with the tooth structure. Its filler technology provides a chameleon effect that adapts to a wide range of tooth shades without compromising its mechanical properties.
Its formulation incorporates nanofiller technology and special fillers that promote excellent physical and mechanical properties. It offers a flexural strength of 138 MPa, a compressive strength of 330 MPa, an elastic modulus of 11.5 GPa, water sorption of 18.2 µg/mm³ and solubility of 0.5 µg/mm³. With an inorganic filler content of 73–78% by weight / 56–63% by volume, it contains an innovative filler comprising spheroidal zirconium oxide nanoclusters.
With its low polymerisation shrinkage, depth of cure of up to 3.5 mm and excellent polishability, Aster+ Kameleon enables efficient, durable restorations with a high-gloss surface finish.
Its universal chameleon shade concept covers a wide range of tooth shades with a single syringe, simplifying inventory management and reducing the need to select multiple shades during the restorative procedure.

CLINICAL BENEFITS
Aster+ Kameleon by Kiyomi Dental has been developed to offer a simple, versatile universal restorative solution. This new product is ideal for simplifying restorative techniques. It can be used with a bulk-fill technique, allowing increments of up to 3.5 mm per layer, and is ideal for tooth reconstruction following root canal treatment. Its distinctive syringe design makes handling easier for the clinician, while enabling an excellent high-gloss finish and polish.
Simplified Shade Selection
The chameleon effect allows a single universal shade to blend with a wide range of tooth shades, streamlining the clinical workflow.
High Mechanical Strength
Its flexural strength of 138 MPa and compressive strength of 330 MPa provide suitable performance for anterior and posterior restorations
Low Polymerisation Shrinkage
It provides a depth of cure of up to 3.5 mm, enabling more efficient restorative procedures in teeth with extensive tissue loss and compromised structural integrity (root canal-treated teeth).
ESTABILIDAD CROMÁTICA PROLONGADA
Contribuye a preservar el color original de la restauración a lo largo del tiempo.
High-Gloss Aesthetic Finish
Its ease of polishing produces smooth, high-gloss surfaces, while its elastic modulus, low water sorption and low solubility help maintain the material’s stability and performance.
