The KIRA polymerization lamp by Kiyomi is specifically designed for dental practices, with an ergonomic and durable design that includes a 10 mm diameter metal head. This ensures effective photopolymerization in both anterior and posterior tooth areas.
Its ergonomic and compact design allows easy access to any area of the mouth, enabling the light beam to get as close as possible to the photoactivation zone. This guarantees a greater depth of polymerization of the materials used.
The KIRA polymerization lamp offers multiple curing options, including six different modes to adapt to various situations:
Allow adjustment of light intensity between 1,000 mW/cm², 1,500 mW/cm², or 2,300 mW/cm², with a wavelength range from 385 nm to 515 nm, providing a broad spectrum of waves for the photoactivation of any material available on the market.
Gradually increases light intensity from 0 to 1,000 mW/cm² during the first 5 seconds, then remains constant, emitting a sound every 5 seconds.
Emits a light intensity of 1,000 mW/cm² that blinks once per second and emits a sound every 5 seconds.
Offers a light intensity of 600 mW/cm² with a wavelength range between 385 nm and 410 nm. When the activation button is pressed, the light turns on immediately and emits a sound every 5 seconds.
Ideal for observing fluorescent materials, such as most restorative materials, and for assessing the depth of lesions, caries, hypomineralizations, fissures, and tartar. It is also useful in the removal of post-orthodontic material and excess material during cementation, avoiding inflammatory damage to healthy tooth tissues without affecting the healthy enamel structure.
Thanks to its light weight (109 g), it is easy to handle, allowing the dental professional to perform prolonged treatments without suffering from muscle fatigue.
