The treatment began with an in-office whitening phase using K-Bleach 35% Clinic, a hydrogen peroxide gel designed for clinical use. Two weekly sessions of 15 minutes each were performed, without the need for light activation. Sensitivity control: the role of K-Desens 5%
Throughout the process, K-Desens 5% was used, a desensitizing gel formulated with potassium nitrate and fluoride. Its application helped prevent discomfort, strengthen enamel, and ensure a comfortable experience for the patient, even in areas with greater dentinal exposure.
Adhesive restoration and final result
After completing the whitening protocol, Drs. Velasco and Gomila proceeded with adhesive restorations in the anterior region.
